Dallas judge paves way for gay couple to get divorce
Where I'm from sex with animals is considered Animal Cruelty. Maybe things aren't the same in Texas. However, 2 consenting adults marrying has nothing to do with a human forcing him/herself onto an animal. (Oct 3, 2009 | post #26)
Homosexuality against natural law
If you're having any fun, sex--gay or straight--should always feel like you're breaking past the laws of nature. (Oct 3, 2009 | post #208)

Why don't you look up some modern statistics about pedophilia? 1988? Is that a joke? I'm sure you'll find that pedophilia is dominated by older men molesting young members of their families. Does this mean that all heterosexual males are thus pedophiles AND incestuous? Quit slinging around meaningless insinuations. (Oct 3, 2009 | post #154)

Fundamentalist Christians and Mormons are the equivalent of Muslim Jihadists. You're all crazy. You're all stupid. And, you're all making the world an unbearable, not to mention VIOLENT, place to live. If you learned to keep your goddamned religion to yourself, many contemporary problems would be solved. If heterosexuals would keep their sexual orientation to themselves, and get out of the way, then, maybe, your statement would have some validity. (Oct 2, 2009 | post #396)

Where, then, is the appropriate venue for oppressed minorities to address an overwhelmingly ignorant and/or apathetic public? **If you looked at the billboard, it didn't push anything. It asked a question: "Haven't we waited long enough?" You can easily answer "NO."** The only way it pushed anything is by making individuals feel bad about their responses to that question. If you feel bad, then maybe you ought to reevaluate your politics. (Oct 2, 2009 | post #395)

Bla. I should have assumed that the conversation would be dumbed down by the Bible-beaters. We're not talking about infringing on your religion here. Your crazy churches can still do all the crazy hoopla you've always done. You don't have to be tolerant or welcoming if you don't want. You don't have to understand the teachings of your own messiah, if you don't care to ("Love thy neighbor" "Love thy enemy"). We're talking about the equal right to sign civil contracts. There is no religion involved, as there shouldn't be. And, people of varying religious beliefs ALSO have rights. Get a flipping clue, morons. (Oct 1, 2009 | post #353)
