The citizens needs hold there Government accountable.

Most citizens that I have spoken to have said these words to me. " When they elected, they do what they want"! The very reason we are where we are, and I know I might loose vote's over this, is because the citizens failed in there part to insure the Government of both state and national, adhear to the Principles of the rule of law and the Constitution. We the peoplle over the decades, have allowed our mind set to change, We have went from the view of the Government works for us! Too, we work for the Government. Such a danger only erodes our liberties and freedom. I challenge all Americans, to look at there core convictions when you vote, and maintain your understanding as to the roll that you must play. This way we as a People can better our State and Country.  (Sep 13, 2010 | post #1)

It also takes jobs for citizens to be able to take care of their familys. I was in Brooklyn Park a few week ago, I was invited to the home od the Zimmermans. I was informed that crime is a serious problem. I would be grateful if you give me some more insight as to this issue.  (Sep 12, 2010 | post #2)

Brooklyn Park party ends in fatal shooting of teen

I was in Brooklyn Park about two weeks ago. I was invited to a citizens home. I was told that the police vet seldom patrol Brooklyn park and you cannot walk on any given day, without running into gangs, drug dealers or call girls. The failure is due to the elected officials of Anna Arundel County and Annapolis. There are also co-issues that come with this problem. State spending on pork pet projects to pay back special interest from lobbyist, diverted State and county funds from where they are needed most. The lack of job growth from the reduction of business in the State also is a factor for increased crime. If you add the issue of state benefits being passed out to non US Citizens, you add further hardship to the US Citizens that are in need of help. We can no longer afford to maintain a service sector only business mantality. The State needs to attract the manufacture industry to increase job growth to increase the standard of living for the district. Unless we go back to basic economics, the down slide will continue. Driving up high taxes will only drive more business out of Maryland. This will increase the problem within the district and State. Md. Sex Offender Laws Could Get Tougher - News Story - WR...

This is a touchy subject. Do I believe a 16 year old male who has sex by consent with a 14 year old girl by concent should go to jail. No I do not. If the male or femail is 20 and the minor is 14 would that justify prison. Yes. The focus should be the age differance and anyone under 14 is a no no. Rape is a different issue and should be punished no matter what. I do believe any adult who has sex with a person under 14 should spend a long time in prison. How do we decide the age differance. If it a 17 year old male and a 25 year old female or visa versa should someone go to jail, not if the parent has agreed with the relationship. So I think the focus needs to be on the age differance. Then we can work out the crime issue.  (Sep 12, 2010 | post #112)

Thd reason we need solar energy.

Several months ago, I had spoken for the need to increase the solar industry in Maryland. The electric utility industry has it's lobby firms flood Annapolis with there cash in hand for decades. The Republican party much to my dismay and and the current majority is against this. The current sitting Senator for District 31 Simond Semonaire is also against this. Be advise my campaign has only been a word of mouth campaign reaching out to citizens by several different ways. I have not asked or received campaign money from anyone. Back to my point, on this solar issue. Back when Paris Glendening was Governor the spin on deregulation was "deregulation will bring compatition and the price of our energy bill will go down". Even though deregulation was passed by the US. Congress, it was not a mandate and the states had an option not deregulate the industry. Note: The States who chose not to deregulate, has lower electric bills. Being this grand scam voted by both parties was shoved on the backs on the citizens and the spin of savings have never happen. I decided to come up with an idea to force it to happen. We are in a economic slump and we need to reduce the burdon of our exspences. Here is my idea as to how to reduce our energy bills. 1) Give a major tax credit for the solar manufacture industry to open shop in Maryland. This will increase manufacture jobs in Maryland. 2) The companies who install solar give them a tax break, this will reduce there over head and they will be able to install the product at a cheaper rate. 3) Provide a 100% interest rate deduction each year for citizens who get a loan for this type of energy. This in the long term will bring compatition and force the power plants to play ball and reduce the energy cost to the citizens of Maryland. Political Notes: Exec candidates fight over safety

While I agree safety must be number one, until we get elected officials to make the hard choices, it will be business as usual. State Government operations has hit the roof as well and with the high taxes have induced a negative enviremenr to employ citizens. Add the give away to illegals through social service and the baloon of state government operations. This negative effect is felt state wide. In order to reverse this trend to provide the funds to the counties, so they can increase there public safety operations we need to do major changes. Get rid of the fraud in Government, IE: The social service give away to illegals. Reduce the Size and cost of running the State Government, thus shifting the funding to the counties. This is called a state tax cut. Increse the incentive for business to open shop in Maryland Make e-varify the law of the State. Reduce the tolls on our citizens and transportation industry. Make the right to carry the law of the state. Putting the victory of the citizens first, instead of the perp. End the land purchase program, we can no longer afford it and we have enough land that is saved for the invirement. With these changes, more citizens will have a positive cash flow, business will open in Maryland, more citizens will have a job. Thus more capitol will be collected from job growth to fund the police security needs of the citizens.  (Sep 11, 2010 | post #1)

The cover up

To the Citizens Of District 31 of the State of Maryland. To those who do not know me, my name is William T Capps Jr. I am seeking to be your voice in Annapolis and on September 14, I am seeking your vote. Running against a Sitting incumbent was not a easy decision to make, considering I have never ran for office nor do I hang around with the political class. I am just your average citizen who happens to be a truck driver, husband, father and grandfather. What had compelled me to do this, was just a simple case of right vs. wrong. The Judiciary our third Branch of Government was being challenged, by a run away Executive Branch and a Legislative body that was a co-conspirator of the issue of which I am about to inform you about. My transition from being a uninformed citizens of the workings of our State Government, to an informed citizen was a rude awakening for me, I hope it will wake you up also. I had been a Republican then a Democrat and went back to the Republican Party, in short I had become stand offish of the Political Process, flipping a coin on election day, hoping for the best but looking for the worst. In November of last Year, I had met a women by the name of Paulette Faulkner, maybe some of you have already have herd of her, but being that this is a new site. I will presume a lot have not. Even though I am a Republican, believe me when I tell you I will jack them up in a Heart Beat when I see wrong doing and they sit meek behind the desk that they were elected to serve. Paulette Faulkner who is a Democrat and is now running for Office, whom I have said publicly that she should go to Annapolis, is the main whiteness to this story. She Stood alone for Justice while elected officials and those who are running from both parties Stood Silent. I will first give you the PDF File that was sent to me, go to page three. This IG done on Social Service of the State of Maryland had found that 53000 people were getting benefits with bogus social security numbers. It also stated in this report that people within the Agency were over riding the computers to hand out benefits. Below id a PDF File I had sent to Help Save Maryland, they in turn Sent this to every elected official in Annapolis. Silence from all except Delegate Kipkie who called me to talk about it. http://cecilcalver t.files.wordpress. com/2010/01/paulet te-faulkner-audit. pdf Now lets move forward, when Simon Somonaire told the Capitol Gazette that basically this was an oversight. http://thecitizens district.blogspot. com/2010/08/cover- up-on-social-servi ce-and-one.html This is what propelled me into running for office.
