Well, let me qualify this by saying there of course are many intelligent Lawyers, but just like every other profession, a fresh perspective dispels institutionalized myopia. Why is it that "trained " seals from the BC Law Society, Benchers and cops walked by this illegal threat located at British Columbia courthouses for months and didn't even give it thought? Do these people even think about such issues of Justice and safety for the community, or it is a money chase and corruption is tolerated to make a living? There is no rule of Law in this Country, rather no one is steering the ship, applying tyranny blindly as they have for decades. Community lawlessness is disconnected from its cause, the drugs and substances act. Basically, these lawyers are as plainly stupid as the CDSA, which they need to torture the Canadian public with to make a living.
