Audrey Avenue Homes

Hello, all. I am fully aware of how much of a long shot this is, but I have some questions about one South Bay neighborhood in particular, on the very slim off chance that someone who lives in one of the homes there be on this board, and see this post. I often walk by the homes on Audrey Avenue (see map below), and am struck by the visual look of the exterior of the homes... in particular, a feature they all share, which has the entrance leading to the front door covered by exposed rafter beams. In particular, I am very fascinated with this house, because it looks very similar to one of the houses on my own block, with which I am very familiar. I have a feeling that these homes were built by the same contractor who built the tract I live in, and I would very much like to somehow learn the interior layout/floor plan of the house model pictured above, and was hoping that by some miracle, maybe a resident of this tract could help me out. This is kind of a personal project for me, because I am extremely interested in late 70's/early 80's architecture, and as I said, from what I can tell from the outside, this model home seems to share a similar layout to one of the homes on my block, but I am curious just how similar. I'm also curious to know when this tract was built. So if by some miracle, anyone who lives here is seeing this... I would very much like to meet you, and see if you can answer some of my questions. Feel free to PM me, and thanks in advance, for any help!  (Aug 18, 2012 | post #1)
