True personal property could be taken in a settlement but theres alot of loop holes and red tape doing so. If Bea had been smart she should have incorprated or LLC'd the Asc. Just my opinion. By the way Im new to this Topix forum but not new to topix. I heard about this case and thought Id do a search on it, then found this. Intersting case by far. Hi Megan... I read today that two are in custody for the threats. But at the end of the story in the Graphic it asks for information for conviction which tells me they dont have much. In todays world officials have to take these types of thrats very serious. Last year Islamic terrorists threatend to kidnap American kids via school busses.
