And it wouldn't be anybody else's damn business. :) (Thursday May 16 | post #7)
If something happened to my husband, I'd buy a house, pay off our car, and get back in school. Not that it's any of your business or anyone else's for that matter, really. Hey, maybe I'd spend some of it on liposuction and bigger tits too. What business is it of ANYONE how I spend MY money? Mind your own. (Thursday May 16 | post #5)
Hammer, meet nail. Beautifully spoken, and I agree entirely. (Thursday May 16 | post #140)
I think people should mind their own damn business. Don't agree with marriage equality? Don't marry a gay person. Simple as that. Other people doing what they want isn't going to affect you so shut up. (Sunday May 12 | post #63)
You obviously know nothing of human sexuality. Attraction can go back as far as elementary school. (Thursday Apr 25 | post #5)
If you're worried about someone coming after you and you have some way to prove you're in danger, GONTO THE POLICE. That's what they're for. A police officer should be sufficient while waiting for your firearm. (Thursday Apr 25 | post #6)
I don't use google when I post most of the time. But even if I did, where is the problem with researching a topic before posting on it? Being well-informed should be something everyone aspires to instead of, you know, spitting filth based on nothing but emotional hubris and pseudo-science. What in the hell are you even talking about, I don't know which part is cut first? That doesn't even matter. Without a neocortex (which apparently you still don't know the definition of), it is IMPOSSIBLE to "feel" pain, as there is nothing connecting those nerve endings to the brain. Therefor, there ISN'T a sense of pain. Period. (Thursday Apr 25 | post #137)
Nobody is trying to take your guns. Shut the hell up. There is no problem with making guns harder to obtain. That doesn't violate the 2nd amendment. You still have your rights. Granted, the 2nd amendment refers to a well-regulated militia...so the constitution itself demands regulation. How about that? Gonna argue the words of the actual constitution? (Thursday Apr 25 | post #4)
I'm sorry, but no, a fetus does not feel pain just because it has a heart beat. Do you know ANYTHING about anatomy? Unless there is a neocortex connecting the brain to the rest of the nervous system, the fetus can't feel ANYTHING. That's a fact. You know when a neocortex forms? Late second trimester to early third trimester. Guess what? Most states don't allow abortions during that time. So the argument is a moot point. (Monday Apr 22 | post #132)
You can be "mentally addicted" to anything. Shit, World of Warcraft is "mentally addictive", and people kill themselves and others over it, but nobody is rushing to ban it. (Monday Apr 22 | post #14)
Utter bullshit. First no abortion rights, and now low income women will not have access to very important healthcare. This is ridiculous. (Apr 16, 2013 | post #2)
Impossible. Marijuana on its own can't and won't kill you. Mixing it with harmful chemicals, however, can. (Apr 16, 2013 | post #5)
So anyone who doesn't want kids should just be celibate? Is that what you are suggesting? Because I will have as much sex with my husband as I want, and if I make the decision to abort due to us not being ready, then I will. Sex isn't just for procreation. Gay people have sex. Infertile couples have sex. I am not a brood mare just because I am a woman. I should be able to enjoy my sexuality as I please, just like a man does. I shouldn't be defined by my ovaries.
