I Like this new commenting system ! Opinions?

If I wanted it on facebook or any other social network I would have posted it there direct. The other point is sometimes I just need a good laugh at what is being said ;).  (Jul 3, 2011 | post #44)

It would have been nice to add to the story that if you do use fireworks to use them safely. Have a fire extinguisher and/or have water on hand, or anything other safety message.  (Jun 26, 2011 | post #3)

Sometimes you have to start small and go to bigger jobs. It works toward paying the bills and being able to eat.  (Jun 11, 2011 | post #6)

Here's food for thought. Read the sign ord. then complain. Some companies like to put the signs on the sidewalk thus making people leave the sidewalk to get around them.  (Jun 6, 2011 | post #6)

Impostors claim to be Navy SEALs

Ask for DD214. It has when, what branch, what MOS, and re-enlistment code. Some people even have a copy of their service record.  (May 23, 2011 | post #16)

Officials: Shelter's budget barking up wrong tree

If you had a "brain", the city and couty would not say there is leftover monies unspent for a non-profit. Don't talk S***. Normally I don't call some a name but you have a habit of doing it when someone does agree with you. Have a good day.  (May 10, 2011 | post #13)

Weedy yard lands woman in jail

Having not been there, I have seen code enforcement leave notices several times at locations. Several of these at homes owned by out of towners that have no renters. As with all investments it is up to the owner to maintain it. While I feel for the woman about the jail, it was her responsibility to maintain the property. Pay a teen or someone to take care of the yard while your not there.  (May 10, 2011 | post #29)

Officials: Shelter's budget barking up wrong tree

The city is cutting budgets by 6% and the shelter wants an increase. The shelter has leftover money. Between these two items - WTF.  (May 8, 2011 | post #1)

If they mined it to make a profit they should cleanup after themselves. If I remember correctly(?) there is even a law about this.  (May 6, 2011 | post #3)

Man with handgun sparks brief scare on Downtown Mall (10:...

For those that want to pick a side. How can he be released if he was never detained? If he was only questioned then he would never had to be released. Most times a person is questioned and go about their business as usual if they are not doing anything wrong. And yes I can see the justification of caution, but ask the question of intent right there and let him be if nothing is wrong.  (Apr 26, 2011 | post #106)
