because the video GB posted showed white men at their worst and black women at their most degraded. that's not really how IR is today. it's not fair to make that comparison would you say? to answer your question, i wouldn't have posted a video of a white man beating a black woman.. however, i would have brought up the fact that not all black men beat their wives, just like i brought up that not all IR relationships are as brutal and self hating as that depiction. i personally think it's pretty foul to bring up something that black women had to endure without a choice as fodder for an argument against IR dating. that's a stretch and a foul stretch. oh i agree.. lol i'm not blind, i've read posts here from women who think that white men are their saving grace.. well, at least they act like it. i do suspect some are just flat out trolls. at the same time, IR daters get painted with the same brush sometimes and i understand that. i never take anything personal that i know isn't applicable to me. so i knew you weren't talking about me personally. guys just have to understand, by nature women sorta look towards men as their saviours. i can take men or leave 'em personally.. lol men of any colour. but i do recognize the role that men play and i respect that, but i don't look to any man for deliverance or like oh save me. not all are black or even mixed with black. some have grown up entirely in what is no considered a 'hispanic' culture. my mom is white spaniard and she is cuban first. yet if we were mother/daughter in the time of 'limpieza de sangre' we'd be in different castes. not ALL latinos are black or mixed with black. some are pure spaniard and they tend to keep that "clean blood" through generations. few mix with africans or indigenous people.. my family did, but that is not true of all hispanics. there are many people of chinese origin (who came to the islands as serfs or indentured servants of sorts much like they did in america) and they have had multiple generations grow up on the islands are more hispanic of culture than they are chinese. hispanic, latino is a cultural thing.. not necessarily ethnicity. besides, we identify with our nations anyway. ethnicity is always second.. ie. black white etc. (12 hrs ago | post #47)

this is a normal pattern of her behaviour.. this is how she recruits people who don't see her evil side. BUT i do feel that she has a lot of sh*t to say that may not be all trollish all the time. i figure kill 'er with kindness and take advantage of her current niceness. i don't feel she's all that bad. i've read some things where when she first came here she got attacked or whatever and that set her off. sadly.. lol most of us weren't here when that attacking took place yet she holds it against us. she is a major troll (lol not ALL the people that destiny's cracked out ass said.. sh*t she listed me and just about everyone else on topix).. so i figured if people just let bygones be bygones perhaps she would feel less the need to be an ass. i will admit, i've said some things about her (all true.. i never made anything up) that i was ashamed of. i was raised better than that i and i won't stoop to her level. yeah she said she has a curse on me (lmbcao) and she has wished my death so my child will grow up motherless. yeah, she wished someone's plane didn't land (but hey.. in her words she didn't wish the plane crashed.. what's the difference?) but two wrongs don't make a right. and yeah.. this will bite me in the ass much like the last 3 olive branches i extended.
