The problem with sea food is it wouldn't be fresh as I'd want it to be the shiping cost of it would be foolish... What about a place you could get stake or you could get strips of stake, onion,mushroom, and cheese (of your choice)stuffed in a bell pepper of your choice green yellow or red dlivered to your door.. Or any kInd pasta you can think of with a tomato sauce a family recipe from the old country (Italy) and meat not just beef but chicken and pork as well and may I just say don't knock it till you try it..... Now as for decor I was thinkn classy and trashy a restaurant decorated 2 different ways classy side eats on glass and sliver and the trashy side eats off paper and plastic and the menu for the most part the same but have a world class sloppy joe along with a few other dishes in the trashy menu and have duck filet mion along with a few others in the classy menu and not discriminate were a wife beter and cut off shorts and sit on classy side As for any kind of alcohol if possible to obtain a license after 3 beers 3 shots 3 mixed drinks don't matter if you can walk a straight line a mile long you give your keys up some one that's had 2 or less or give them to mangment and we will call a cab if you refuse the police will be called and band from my bissness depding on how bissness is for the day detriments how late I'll be open for the night if morristown wants to stay at my place and eat and drink till 2 am then so be it but last call 2:30 out the door by 3:30  (Sep 17, 2012 | post #20)

And taken care of your employees it plays a key roll, but at the same time they will have to operate in the line.. No employee of mine would wait on a table looking like a Christmas Tree. Meaning if you got something in your eye you don't need something in your nose lip tougne keep it simple.. As for tats it's free game I've got a few myself.. At the same time any kind of tatoos on the face is a deal breaker.. You see a hiring sign in the window and have a tear drop on you face keep truckn pal cuz its not happing unless you wanna wash dishes and never move from the sink  (Sep 16, 2012 | post #6)

Stake,chicken,and burgers will always be apart of every menu.. It's how you prepare it that makes the dish your own.. I'm building a menu from the ground up every dish with a twist... I Iike that. Sounds like a slogan already...  (Sep 16, 2012 | post #5)
