Wisconsin man burned in work accident
Good point. I am local and I saw the obit for the man in the Peshtigo Times last week. I didn't realize how everything came about. Now I know. What a sad story. I am trying to get this type of news and other related articles posted regularly on this Topix page, so anyone that has news items, events or happenings related to Crivitz or the surrounding communities along U.S. 141 corridor, then please send me an e-mail to bigeaglemobile@live.com and I will post them promptly. Also, feel free to add any interesting or scenic photos of the area down below. Thanks! (Sep 29, 2009 | post #3)

Middle Inlet Man Takes Action By Posting Sign
I agree with you totally on this Snoopy! Wow! We pay people big tax dollars every year so that they can cover up a serious health hazard. The DNR report that was sent to the Schmitz and the EagleHertald reporter over one year ago plainly shows that the DNR inpsector who was up in Middle Inlet in 2006 found clear violations. Plain and simple. What a BIG cover up! (Aug 27, 2009 | post #2)
Upside-down flag sparks dispute in Wisconsin village
Protesting for not getting a liquor license was Mr. Congine's individual right, but I think there are other ways to protest than flying the American flag upside down. I know he served for our country in Iraq, but taking this action with the flag was being a hypocrite, plain and simple. BigEagle - (I'm back as your blog editor! Look for more real "headbanger " issues in the upcoming months to hit this blog. Deals with the town of Middle Inlet, 6 miles north of Crivitz. (Jul 21, 2009 | post #132)
Smith's Supermarket Is Damaged By Fire
Not that I am aware of. Smith's grocery store was caught on fire due to old wires in an older part of the building that is attached in the back by the warehouse area. Of course, I have not seen the official report, so who knows...? (Oct 14, 2008 | post #2)
I'm from out of town but have family in Wausaukee.
I have heard from a few senior citizens and retirees that live in their hown homes in the Wausaukee area, that they are going to move to these new apartment/condo's after they are built. So, this proposed development project in Wausaukee could be a real winner. (Aug 18, 2008 | post #88)
The owner of the building/property lives in Florida, and I heard he tried to give it away to the village of Wausaukee, but they did not want it due to the costly asbestos clean up required before taking down the building down. Also, I heard that the owner had a site inspection done on the building through the DNR and a licensed contractor, but somehow the DNR lost the paperwork. Hmmm..is that where is my taxpayers dollars are going to...an incompetenet DNR beaucracy that always needs more tax money every year... for what? (Aug 11, 2008 | post #4)

Al Qaeda declares 'failure and defeat' for U.S. troops in Iraq
I think those radical muslim fighters have their sheets wrapped too tight around their foreheads - does Allah care? (Apr 18, 2008 | post #294)
Kucinich Will Introduce Articles of Impeachment Against George ...
Duh...!!! Bush will be out of office before any impeachment proceedings begin..a typical democrat trying to waste (spend) taxpayers money once again. Last I heard, a former Iraqi military official said that whatever nuclear weapons that the UN inspectors didn't find or dispose of, Saddam Hussein destroyed before anyone could come across them. Hmm...makes me wonder if there was any lying in the first place? (Jan 29, 2008 | post #978)

Okay Colloguy, here is one for you...what do you think about the newly proposed upscale condo's/apartments that developers have proposed in the village of Wausaukee? How about the TIF District idea that is being talked about? (Jan 23, 2008 | post #7)

I think your last name would start with a "C" and end with a "y" right? I keep an eye on this site once in awhile.. We need to get the word out more about this site to people located in communities throughout Marinette County. (Jan 14, 2008 | post #3)
Stem cells 'prompt cancer spread'
Take the product StemEnhance from StemTech HealthSciences and watch your cancer, injuries or conditons go away. The key to good health is strengthening our immune systems so that radical cells are not allowed to take over and releasing more of the stem cells from bone marrow into our body so that any deficiencies are corrected over time.
