In the shed, at the public park where i went to school. The guys from the fire department could see everything. The Dj booth at the bar where I worked. The bathroom at the bar where I worked. The barricks at Fort Eustis. On the front steps to my old house in Virginia. Poor neighbors got a show. The backseat of a friends car while my friend was driving. I hear you on that one. If you are 30 please do not dress like a 16 year old. I am almost 21 and still dress my age. But, I don't look like a teeny bopper. I am a mom and am young, so I look both young and like a mom. But the woman who feel the need to dress like hookers please stop. Ya know. Each town has its down fall and bad points to it. I know the one I live in does. But it is beautiful how this community came together like it did. It shows how great the town can be. Ya get what I am saying or am I making no sense like I normally do? lol (Aug 28, 2007 | post #34)
Please do not think that I think poorly of Caruthersville. I think it is beautiful how the town came together over the passing of Rickey. It showed how united you all are. And I live in a town with 34,000 people. There are many drugs here. I can go around the corner and buy crack if I wanted too. I have been in and lived in small towns most of my life and drugs are a problem among smaller towns. At least so I have seen. I have moved alot and have seen alot. And, Caruthersville is cute, but not for me. I made a few good friends while I was down that way. Keep in mind I am dating a guy from the ville. So I know there are good people and families down that way. But, I also heard alot about the drugs that run through that town and its a turn off. Especially when I have 3 young children. I don't want them to go to a school were 7th graders are found with drugs. And I agree very much with what Let it Out said in his/her last post. (Aug 28, 2007 | post #24)
