1. In every crisis there is a silver lining as there is now in some of the countries of europe. i admire the irish because of their spirit & their contribution in the building of america in the early days. firstly the wealthy irishmen in usa & other places should send remittances to a ireland fund only to support the unemployed in ireland with free food kitchens & warm shelters, by a blitz of advertising in the states, just like indians abroad send remittances to india. the money sent in multiples of us $ 2,000.00 into a special fund created by the govt will not be returned but they will be entitled to have a street named after them in their small ancestral village. folr donations over the donors will be given a plot of govt land of 3000 sq feet on which they may build a holiday home or sell it at a later date if they wish. the govt has millions of acres of empty barren land from which this can be made into housing plot THE COST OF THIS ENTIRE PROJECT TO THE GOVT WILL BE ZERO, & CAN BE REFINED TO SUIT THE DONORS. i am not a doctor but have found the following info from the net which may be usefull. but do your own research to be satisfied & also show your doctor 1.morning-have slice a thick piece of garlic into 3 pieces & swallow with the juice of brocilli+sweet lime+beetroot+5 stems of coriander with the green leaves+1/2 tsp of turmeric+1/2 lemon with the rind. millet porrige+red apple with the skin+bannana 2.lunch or dinner-daily cottage cheese + 2 tbs of flaxseed oil+ fresh pineapple/apricot/ red grapes preferably with seeds whichever is in season, mashed with the cheese 3.listening to music all day at the office & at home when the tv is not on 4. having a glass of carrot juice & on alternate days a mix of cucumber+spinach 5. vigorus daily head massage with any aromamatic oil for 5 minutes by the clock to freshen up the head+deep breathing exercises 20 times+any form of exercise (Dec 15, 2011 | post #1)
