Las Vegas, NV

Where can I score some acid?

You can find it still. Mostly in Southern Cal towns that are more liberal or have big colleges. San Diego, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo.  (Dec 10, 2012 | post #8)

That comment was in no way intended to justify the actions of scammers, nor was it to console those individuals who have been scammed during a desperate time in their lives. I agree completely that these scammers are the lowest degenerates among a subset of society generally labeled as degenerates. I too think someone who chooses to prey on people who are in desperate situations is a POS scumbag. My only purpose in that comment was to help instill in those desperate individuals who are choosing to trust these people, that there is nearly no chance of actually performing a legit deal with someone advertising openly on topix. Hope is a powerful thing, and I was simply trying to help a few people recognize the false hope that can come from this site to the naive or desperate.  (Dec 9, 2012 | post #183)

Haha I dont sell drugs, and there are many reasons why its helpful to be able to identify LE. A friend of mine passed 2 UCs over a double yellow because he didn't know how to spot an undercover. He was driving to school, not doing anything drug related. Next time your in a hurry and speeding, when you are able to recognize a UC you wouldnt have before (if your not LE yourself) you will realize listening to what someone has to say openly without injecting your biases prematurely, is how you become wise. There are plenty of stupid people who will offer incorrect information, but unless you approach their ideas/theories/inventions with an open intellect, you will never know who is full of shit and who may have the next revolutionary idea. They all seem crazy or stupid untill they are proven and change everything. Now my info on spotting police is surely not anything that is revolutionary or special, but the way you disregard information based upon your perception about the person presenting it shows this deficiency in your character and intelligence.  (Dec 9, 2012 | post #15)

The thing people need to realize about scammers on here is this. Even in the best case senario where someone has a lot of meds they dont need/use and legitimately want to sell them to make money. They obviously dont have a great deal of money or they wouldnt post drug ads on an online forum. Now once you send them the money, the realization sets in that you have no way of tracking them down, know nothing about them, and they can sell the pills to someone else and double their money. That temptation is almost always too great in this economy, so if theres a good chance youll get scammed by someone who didn't originally plan to, theres almost no hope that anyone openly posting these adds will ever be more than a scam.  (Dec 9, 2012 | post #176)

the worst RLS

Soaking in a hot tub or hot bath can offer some good tempoary relief to allow you to fall asleep. Benadryl seemed to make it worse if you try to take a lot, stick with a standard or low dose to help make you drowsy without overloading your body with anti-histamines which can enduce a restless state in some people, regardless of addiction or not. I would agree with iwantpizza in the regard that the best way to protect from it is letting your body fully detox. Of course its much easier said than done. That was the one symptom over all else, financial included, in seeking help. That feeling at night where it seems like your muscles are springs...slowly loading up while you lay still untill you have to move, then it slowly start loading up again. Worst nights ever.  (Dec 9, 2012 | post #14)

Well I'm not sure about spotting one in an f2f deal other than being able to recognize the general differences in body type between a LE agent and drug user. There are of course very fit addicts and less fit cops but in general, when combined with the body language and speech patterns, you can spot the difference between a typical type-A personality cop excited about making a bust, and the typically more humbled sense of urgency from an average addict. The cars are the easiest way to spot UCs. Even in unmarked undercover vehicles, they have elongated rear view (RV) mirrors over 12" long. They use the same oversize RV mirrors as nascar drivers as they give a 180' field of view rearward with no blind spots. Some also have their siren lights mounted on the mirror in an LED strip. Learning to recognize this behind you can be very helpful on the road. Exempt plates are also good to look out for, but various gov't jobs get issued them as well. Next sign is oversized whip antenna, or multiple antenna (one standard and another on roof, trunk lid, etc.) When you start talking about DEA an opposed to local LE, the cars/trucks become much more diverse and less identifiable, however since they always need emergency lights, the oversized rearview is still a strong indicator. Some have the light strip on the back of the sun visor however. These are ways to help identify LE but good judgement and being perceptive are always the best protection.  (Dec 9, 2012 | post #10)
