Michael Brewer update: 142 sign petition against charges attacker as an adult

I am always so sad at the number of small children whose eyes have lost their light. You see them all around you if you look.It might be worthwhile to give it back to them if you can.  (31 min ago | post #13)

Evil does exist but it is on a much larger scale now. I'm saying some are taught that others have no value. Dog eat dog as it were.I'm also not discounting the possibility of alterations in DNA after decades of drug usage both legal and illegal. Didn't they do a study on fetal alcohol syndrome years ago? We can add that to kids being raised by strangers who may or may not contribute to their self worth. I don't even want to go to the parents that still behave as adolescents. If you don't think that evil can be taught, you aren't paying attention. What happens to kids in countries where violence is a way of life?  (57 min ago | post #10)

I think we have a problem that nobody wants to look at. There are far too many young people without a conscience. They have been taught that there is no definitive right or wrong. To address the problem, would be to admit that the last few decades of excusing behavior has been wrong. What it will take to correct this is more than our modern society is willing to pay. You are an intelligent woman. I'll bet you could figure out where we went wrong if you ignored your personal buttons.  (1 hr ago | post #8)

Can anyone find the statement by DeMint that they tucked something into the bill that makes it permanent and no repeal?  (3 hrs ago | post #11)

Texas Job Interview

http://www.humanev ents.com/article.p hp?id=34919 A young Texan grew up wanting to be a law man. He grew up big, 6’ 2’’, and strong as a longhorn and fast as a mustang. He could shoot a bottle cap tossed in the air at 40 paces. When he finally became of age he applied to where he had only dreamed of working: the West Texas Sherriff’s Department. After a big mess of tests and interviews the Chief Deputy finally called him into his office for the young man’s last interview. The Chief Deputy says: "You’re a big strong kid and you can really shoot. So far your qualifications all look good. But we have what you call an ‘attitude suitability test’ that you must take before you can be accepted. We just don’t let anyone carry our badge son." Then, sliding a service pistol and a box of ammo across the desk, the Chief says: "Take this pistol and go out and shoot: six illegal aliens, six lawyers, six meth dealers, six Muslim extremists, and a rabbit." "Why the rabbit?" "Great attitude," says the Chief Deputy. "When can you start?"  (5 hrs ago | post #1)

Woner if the job of culling information was ever filled? We are not as anonymous as we think on the internet. SS is going to be very busy. Maybe they will need to create more jobs in that sector? Personally, I think the administration is trying to cause an incident to have an excuse to clamp down on our freedoms. I'm surprised at the resraint being practised by citizens but hope they can maintain it.  (5 hrs ago | post #3)
