Defense witnesses deny seeing assault on inmate
To take the word of an inmate over an officer is crazy! They aren't in pre K, they are in prison. Melissa, If you think that even half of those inmates have learned to "do unto others as you would have them do to you" you are living in la la land. Stranger allegedly slaps crying tot in store
Preschool Teacher... A two year old screaming doesn't mean she isn't disciplined, spoiled, etc. She could have been sleepy and grouchy. Does that mean she needs a time out or slapped? Does that mean that the mothers Parenting skills are bad? lol, I don't think so. I have been a Child Care Provider for 11 years and have four children of my own. I have even walked into the grocery store and have heard one of the kids I care for screaming in there with her mother. Shes almost two and was sleepy. If someone would have walked up and popped her one because she was crying I would have went crazy on that person myself. Does that mean her mother has bad parenting skills? I certainly would disagree! I don't think anything you just discribed has anything to do with this situation at all. (Sep 6, 2009 | post #277)

If you trusted in (something good) maybe you wouldn't be so full of hate and attack everyone that doesn't have your views. I also think that you don't have to believe in god to be a good person. Those that want to pray should be allowed to as well. Whats next? Will they take "One nation under god" out of our pledge? or "In god we trust" off of Money? You know I think everyone has a right to believe what they want. After all it is their soul but to try and change things to only suit their unmoral and godless needs ticks me off. I agree. My son who is a junior in highschool was told that they will have to write about what the president said and they cannot say anything negative or disagree with him in any way! They can't say... The President has no damn business giving anyone advice on being a better person, stay in school, etc. With his track record so far he has proven to me that he makes bad decisions. He chooses people who are racist and unmoral to be adviser... his adviser! Hey he has said that we should judge him by the people he surrounds himself with! Wow, that says alot.
