Wilkie to push reform at meeting with Gillard

Hello ! ? Er.... we have a Parliament. It discusses things. It decides. Does Wilkie think that Gloriana Julia is some sort of Monarch that can confer by decree? Does Julia think she is Caesar now she has shoved a knife in the old Tintin Ceasar on the Forum steps? What a farce. I have not mandated either of them to make deals.  (Aug 28, 2010 | post #1)

Coastal erosion? your society is eroding from within Mr. ...

Human rights? Here is Oz? Julia Gilard argues against them in Cabinet, but don't tell anyone. She just does that to assess the costs. She leaves no stone unturned but rather ships them all off to schools to build unwanted canteens for a $million apeice.  (Jul 28, 2010 | post #23)

Mum prostituted girl to pay off loan

So the mother got a man do do the pimping and he got ten years. Deserved. What will she get? More? She deserves more as it was her idea. She was "Mrs Big". I won't put money on it. Less? Say half. Five years. I have $10 here. How about two years. Gosh, that's odds on, isn't it. Suspended sentence? Very likely. It is so close to Mother's Day. And the child was in 'Care'. So will the Minister who was paid to care for this child but could not be arsed and sent her back to this wicked mother early, washing his/her hands, be hauled into Court? Fat Chance. The Minister isn't a Catholic Priest type minister.  (May 10, 2010 | post #1)

NBN: Broadband plan's 'first year achievements'

National Broadband ? Super-fast? Just 6 kms from Hobart's GPO is 'rural' apparantly. There isn't even slow broadband in Mt Nelson. It's plain old NO broadband. So have they started laying fibre optics there? Of course not. Mt Nelson was conspicuously missing from Chairman Mouthy Kev's back-of-the-envelo pe Business Plan that everyone is looking for. What's the betting that there will be an announcement that the Tasmanian 'start' is to spread to the Mainland, well before Mt Nelson sees a fast download of a picture of Chairman Kev's and his Court Jester, Emperor Barnett's, new clothes.  (Apr 23, 2010 | post #1)

i need a girl friend

A girlfriend? In Moonah? I take it you are a young chap. Well, sad to say, men are redundant, by law. I would pray if I were you. Pray you don't get a feminist who just takes all you money, gets you arrested on a false allegation of rape charge, saddles you with an ongoing bill for the rest of your life and demands your gonads on a silver plate. Try looking in Taroona. For a possum.  (Mar 17, 2010 | post #5)

Deep-sea volcanoes play key climate role: scientists

Thank the Godless Universe that we have 'Scientists' who can reveal such previously unknown 'facts'. It's sheer magic. And perhaps this is the new Feminist Science paradigm in action that we have all be waiting for. Thank Something-in-the-s ky-that-is-most-li kely-Feminine that the old Oppressive Patriarchal science has been done away with.  (Mar 15, 2010 | post #2)

Deep-sea volcanoes play key climate role: scientists

Volcanos pumping out water. Astonishing. Nutrient-rich water to boot. Well dang my boots and call me Amfortessa. Everywhere else in the world, underwater or under land, volcanos spew out billions of tons of carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxde, every nasty dioxide imaginable, along with dense smoke, molten lava, hot mud, evil spirits and fire-gods' breath, except in our own Aussie Southern Ocean. WOW. World History would be very different if the people of Pompeii had nutrient rich water dropping down on them 2000 odd years ago, but the poor buggers got just the usual ash and fire and hot rocks. Now, if only Chairman Mosey Kev can lay claim to the Southern Ocean and charge the rest of the world a substantial fee for Australia's part in the clean, carbon dioxide free air bizzo. We can keep the Japanese whaling boats out as well then. By the way, is there a NoBull Prize for this great discovery? How about an Al Gore prize? A Peter 'Oily' Garrett prize?  (Mar 15, 2010 | post #1)

Australian police search anti-whaling ships

These pirates are not 'commiting crime by saving wildlife', Jake. They are interfering with ships on the high sea going about ther lawful occasions. Would you approve of the Sea Shephered chasing an Australian tuna boat off South Australia? Or an Orange Roughy trawler out of Eden? Those creatures are wildlife too and far more are hunted to place on our tables in Hobart and Sydney, than whales for Japanese tables. These greenies are partial when it comes to 'wildlife'. They pick and choose targets with a sentimentality that suits the unwashed and unthinking masses, mostly women, who 'lerve' whales and friggin' dolphins.  (Mar 10, 2010 | post #6)

Slime and punishment

This is a timely piece of news, being as we are about to have an Election in Tasmoania. It is not too late for a hasty new candidate to shore up the disasterous socialist-feminist crew that uselessly occupy so many Government seats. A dead leech fits their profile and this one has actually achieved something.  (Mar 10, 2010 | post #1)

Coastal erosion? your society is eroding from within Mr. ...

That is humourously generous of you Davy, but I fear Mary Kate is a lost woman who prefers her hateful way and cannot be relied upon to report truthfully. That is sad. To 'Incognito' thank you for your defense of my reputation. You too are generous hoping that Mary Kate might actually be nice if she just tried a little harder to be so. But she has exercised her 'woman's right to choose' and chosen her path to perdition.  (Mar 4, 2010 | post #21)

Giant Antarctic iceberg could affect global ocean circula...

Another hysteria opportunity. Aren't we the lucky country. It 'COULD' affect circulation. Er..... Maybe improve it? Move it a hundred miles (remember miles? ) to the left or right or north or west? Provide a new niche for new forms of life to occupy? But what's the betting that a 'group' will form demanding taxpayers undewrite some 'intervention' or 'education' 'process'. Will Chairman Maosey Kev call it the most Urgent Moral challenge imaginable and call for a 'National Effort' (with a new, previously unthought of Tax) to glue it back again? (Natural glue of course. No Chemicals)  (Mar 3, 2010 | post #1)

Misandry Everywhere you look.

Yes, David, we do. But at the same time we need to deal with the misandry that is thrown at us all the time. When you are a missionary sitting in a cannibal's pot along with some carrots and onions, the source of the recipe is not the immediate concern.  (Feb 15, 2010 | post #7)

Alternatively, Mary Kate, perhaps you might like to address various matters that interest you, in a calm and reasonable manner without threats and defamation which just might get this site in trouble from the authorities.  (Jan 21, 2010 | post #10)

It might be more constructive Mary Kate if we sat and had a cup of tea and talked about matters. Then you talk to the real me and not the several uber-feminists who masquerade as me in various guises just to cause trouble. You just might find that I am a nice guy.  (Jan 21, 2010 | post #9)
