Mow your lawn... or risk jail time
But I'm sure those same cops will ticket anything that will create revenue for their salaries. It's a sad day when a cop says 'that's not my job' to such a simple task. (Jun 3, 2008 | post #24)
Why Are There Marriage Benefits At All?
So now you want to control other people's marriages, AND their religion if they have children?! Keep in mind, a cult is -any- formal religious veneration. That means no cherry-picking! All churches are included in that definition, not just the ones you disagree with. (Jun 3, 2008 | post #136)

Is The Judging Option Ruining Topix?
My big gripe about the 'judge it' deal is that when you are conversing with someone who disagrees with you and they get judged, they automatically assume it was you, and use it as part of their defense. That sucks cause I really only use them on posts I don't respond to individually (instead of posting 'i agree' or 'well said'). (Jun 3, 2008 | post #16)
Why do straight women, hang out at gay clubs??
A woman's bar? Never seen one personally. Hell, every lesbian bar I visit has a large male presence. Why so angry at their compliments? Try being gracious, and see if you can get a free drink from the boozers - then you won't be so put off by them. =) (Jun 2, 2008 | post #30)
Do religious beliefs give doctors the right to withhold medical...
Funny, since I figured 'more often' was more specific than 'often'. The reason I posted all 3 was because they all say that regularly the meds are followed with insemination. I didn't do it to prove anything to you anyway, because you will never believe anything I say, regardless of proof. I put it up so that the others here will see yet another reason to take your words with a grain of salt. (Jun 2, 2008 | post #28)

Flagged as spam, as you are repeating yourself, and did not bother to answer my questions. (Just fully disclosing so you don't freak out again cause you got judged) I ask questions to actually learn more. I can never understand where someone comes from without them. (May 29, 2008 | post #131)
So (according to you) you aren't gay, but you magically know that we have no concept of love, and our desire to have kids is no different than aquiring a trophy. How could you ever know what is in my heart if you aren't gay? Why is it human emotion must somehow be non-existant to me because my feelings don't include a penis? (May 29, 2008 | post #128)
SSA ignores Florida gay father. His child suffers because of an...
Yet another actual reason for why marriages should be equally accessible to all citizens, regardless of orientation. Our children are suffering because of some stranger's indignation! (May 29, 2008 | post #3)
Except that YOU can marry someone you love. Suggesting that he marry someone he can never truly love is what will make marriage meaninless, not his desire to reserve marriage for love. (May 29, 2008 | post #126)
Absolutely! My partner and I have talked about adopting, but are left with the same concern as we would if I gave birth: in our state, we cannot both adopt the child, so if I adopt the child, and I died, that child would not have the ability to stay with the only other parent s/he has ever known. That scares me, and is why we have not yet started our family. BTW, funny you should mention Downs Syndrome: I have a brother with Asperger's and a niece with CP, and I work in social services with people with disabilities. My partner and I have discussed adopting special needs kids specifically. (May 29, 2008 | post #122)
Yeah, if I was a feminist, I guess I might have thought beyond that basic 'women stay home with the kids' mentality. The stuff I know of feminism is anti-housewife, pro contraception, and equal work for equal pay. I am not effected personally by the contraception part, and would give anything to stay home and raise a family. I do agree on the equal work, equal pay part. Seems that in this day and age there shouldn't be a disparity. (May 29, 2008 | post #116)
