It "would"? I will say it likely won't. I come to this judgment based on what I see. Just look in the downtown park. Many kids are back into tabacco after all the public's monies spent on campaigns to discourage it's use. Most of these kids that smoke cigs, also smoke dope. (22 hrs ago | post #324)
