Hemorrhoids

I think i have both external and internal hemorrhoid! Help please

Have you considered doing some detoxing/cleansing to get rid of the toxins in your body? I don't know if toxins are an issue, but in many cases they can lead to serious ailments internally. You can do cleansing by making your own P&B shakes (Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay), or by getting a cleansing kit somewhere... I'm sure there are great options out there. I just googled a page with a review of some of the most popular cleansing kits: http://www.colonzo ne.org/best-colon- cleanser.php  (Apr 29, 2007 | post #2)

Crohn's Disease

Crohns & Arthritis

Well, both colitis and arthritis are considered autoimmune diseases, so that's not a surprise - I've heard of many ppl who have developed both.. Colitis

Can this really cure Ulcerative Colitis?

St John's Wart is very helpful for colitis, and you can definitely take it, dun worry about PMS.. take it from a woman ^_^ I don't and never had colitis, but I would definitely give detoxing and cleansing a serious look.. it can't worsen colitis, and can very well help.. Candida & Candidosis

Candida, how to beat it?

I recommend sticking to natural remedies to getting rid of candida.. why don't she try detoxing/cleansing ? Try making fiber shakes, or if you're too busy try the Dr Natura Colonix Program. Here's an intro article on cleansing: http://www.colonzo ne.org/colon-clean se-intro.php  (Apr 29, 2007 | post #3)

Dieting

Weight loss products that actually work?

Hmmm... for me it was Medifast.. don't expect to eat Asian cuisine here.. the food gets old really quick, but in terms of results, it did work for me. I lost around 25-30 lbs after 2 months. When I stopped the program I regained around 3 lbs, but it's been 1/2 year, and so far that's all I regained... Other than Medifast, the old fashioned routine of exercise + reducing calories work as well =) Also check out what others say about medifast before buying it.. it might not work for you. here's a medifast review I just googled: http://www.worldch ildfree.org/medifa st-review.php  (Apr 29, 2007 | post #20)

Constipation

Dr. Natura's Colonix Questions

Colonix really isn't supposed to do this to you.. I recommend calling them directly to make sure you are following the regimen word-for-word... make sure u are drinking more water, rebounding, and eating healthier.. no fatty foods!!! Also, check out this article to make sure you are doing everything correctly: http://www.colonzo ne.org/colonix-rev iew.php  (Apr 29, 2007 | post #9)
