Yes, Sistren. I am a Rastaman. But, hold on now! I am also...a Muslim Imam and Heretic, a Practitioner of Shamanism and Animism and the Occult, Babaloa (a Voodoun Practitioner), a Follower of the Lamb of God whithersoever He Goeth, lol - I have been called Anti-Religious, Sacreligious and Atheistic at times - LMMFAO - ... Pastor, Priest and Preacher at others... I subscribe to the Words of Bahá'u'lláh and the teachings of the Bahá’í Faith but am an outcast for I claim to have written their scriptures for them... I am not a Holder of Titles yet I ascribe all the names of God to Ourself and apply them intermittently in my day-to-day, Committor of blasphemies (plural) against the dictates of the Funky Catholic Church and the Moron (Mormon) faith whom I have never known... I am He/Her/She/Him and in all of My Incarnations I am Glorified and Glorious.... and nor are We an entity who prescribes to any notion other than the drawing of oneself closer and more closer still to the Indescribable One of whom I am both a constituent and the entirety of... I am dirt and dust, and the Temple which is Man.... I am that I am. Hope I answered your question. (Saturday Jun 14 | post #56)

A-true but an infant which eats does indeed take on nutrients and matter. The fledgeling being uses these to further it's physical development and thus completes the intended growth cycle. It is a growth process, seen? Nice post, Mister "I'm not eloquent". lol. (Saturday Jun 14 | post #54)

Growth constitutes an enlarging. Watering-Down, conversely, entails a diluting or addition of unlike material to enact a stripping process. This 'stripping' or 'taking away of a thing' is not what has happened where Rastafari is concerned. Verily, Rastafari has magnified itself or shall we say 'expanded it's opus' to include, inculcate and transform also what was once supposedy outside of it's boundaries. Changed? Not at all. Incorporated other elements and acted as a 'Quickener'... absolutely. Rasta still deh bout! (Saturday Jun 14 | post #49)

Rastafari is not a counter-culture created to combat white illness. It is a belief of truth. I am what I am or more succinctly "I am that I am". Whites will not always be the vile creatures they now are. Rasta Prophecy! Did you not hear? One day, Rasta, the whole world will be dreadlocksI wouldn't say that. http://i7.tinypic. com/6gjwbqh.gif Rastafari is a way for ALL to unite. Did you not hear, Rasta? Hatred is an easy emotion... and one hard to release. Yeah... I concur, but I remain upfull (hopefull) that one might arise endowed with gifts that their predecessors lack and I fear that I, even myself, might be... harsher on them than necessary and may even in such a way bar their entrance into Godhood. I really doubt it. Bob was Demi-Melanic. His father Norval Sinclair Marley, was a white man. "I don't have prejudice against myself. My father was a white and my mother was black. Them call me half-caste or whatever. Me don't dip on nobody's side. Me don't dip on the black man's side nor the white man's side. Me dip on God's side, the one who create me and cause me to come from black and white." - Berhane Selassie (Robert (Bob) Nesta Marley) (Saturday Jun 14 | post #40)
