Rosacea

Rosadyn studies

I actually did receive a check today. Rather interesting that the granting of my refund coincided with my public complaints here. The Dr himself put two and two together and emailed me himself. Also interesting is that Dr Nase had NO RECORD of me in their "very accurate database" in regards to my requesting a refund, or that I ever placed an order. I was then able to produce my receipt, but still met insistence that the database is accurate,so I could not possibly have requested a refund. Umm, hello, you could not even find my order, either, and I could prove my purchase-does that not tell you your database is off?? So, on a Sunday, I received a flurry of emails stating no refund requests were ever made and therefore I should remove my hateful and unwarranted comments left here. Additionally, Dr Nase felt it important to assure me that my anger was misdirected, though understandable since I suffer from rocasea. That if I did not suffer from rosacea I could think more clearly or something to that effect. Well, Dr. Nase, that is a little bit like a cheating husband telling his wife that she is only mad because it is her time of the month. A final thought-- in my research I saw a forum headed by the good doctor himself in which he touts a certain cleanser for rosacea. It was a very recent post. It made me wonder how, if Dr Nase was rosacea free, he could possibly know if a certain cleanser actually works for rosacea skin? just sayin..  (Jul 19, 2010 | post #7)

Some things I have found to help rosacea

I think the problem with rosacea is that people have different triggers. It is great that you posted yours because it could very well help someone else! However, I would recommend caution on the mineral makeup. Many brands contain bismuth, which is similar to arsenic. Many, many users without rosacea get itchy from it. The itch is not usually immediate, but begins after a month or two of use. As we know, irritating rosacea skin is not a good idea. There are products available that are bismuth free-but unfortunately, so far I have not found any that provide adequate coverage (which I feel I need) and also lack the sort of "shine" of the bismuth makeups. If anyone else has tried a good bismuth free product, I hope they will share!  (Jul 11, 2010 | post #2)

Rosacea

slow learner-rosadyn

Just as an update for those people who might seriously be looking for info on this product: Tomorrow is officially two weeks since I began, and I have not found ANY improvement, at all. The directions say it might take up to three weeks to work, so expect to hear more in a week. As of now, I would say, save your money. It *might* actually be making things worse.  (Dec 6, 2009 | post #10)
