Tucson gas prices on the rise

The U.S. is obligated to buy saudi arabia oil, because in return saudi arabia is obligated to buy up US debt. It is a vicious cycle. It was an agreement made in the 1970s. Soon Saudi Arabia will have to deal with US treasury bonds worthlessness and will probably cut of oil to the US. Some predict towards the end of 2012 the dollar will collapse and China and the rest of the world will be pissed when they find out the US have been scamming them by getting them to buy up worthless, unbacked, t-bonds.  (Mar 3, 2011 | post #6)

How Did the Arizona Legislature Become a Hothouse for Ext...

It's become so anti-immigration because our federal government does nothing to enforce the laws of the land; and because the economy is so bad, people are getting angry and frustrated that some are free loading while the working people are paying taxes and get no breaks. Does it make sense that an illegal gets more freedoms and benefits than our troops who are fighting over seas? Does it make sense that illegals flood our hospitals, schools, steal identities, and yet does not pay into the system like the rest of us have too? Living close to the border, you start to see the injustices.  (Feb 18, 2011 | post #4)

Arizona legislators approve tax-cut package

Doesn't make sense that they gave tax cuts but yet Arizona can't balance the state budget. Seems very contradictory.  (Feb 18, 2011 | post #1)

Migrants say Arizona worth risk of crossing

Ya, I live here in Arizona...we have wide open borders...you're not going to stop them that way. Such hate in your comment. You really want a war? Sounds like you're calling for people to kill other people.  (Jan 4, 2011 | post #368)

Migrants say Arizona worth risk of crossing

They want to leave one broken country to come to another broken country. Here they can come and be just as poor. There's no jobs for them in Arizona. There's no jobs for the citizens of Arizona alone. Soon, the freebee programs aren't going to exist anymore because the collapse of our economy and the erosion of our country. If they want to come over here, they need to start paying taxes. That would greatly help the state and the country. You have some 20 million people living off of the land but not contributing to the land, of course that's going to hurt. I work in a hospital close to the border, and it is full of illegals using fake IDs. Arizona tax payers pay for this, and health care isn't cheap. May be free for them, but has broken the the state for everyone else. You're not going to stop them from coming over, so you might as well give them an ID card and have them start paying taxes. That's really the only solution right now.  (Jan 4, 2011 | post #364)
