Just another law that wont be enforced. What a waste of time. The only time it can be enforced is when theres an accident involved. Whats goin to happen when your pulled over for texting. How come all the people in Hanover are narrow minded retards. First, get an education. Race has nothing to do with crime levels. Its all about the poverty level. The Poverty level is directly parallel to crime. Another bid factor is home ownership. When you own your own home, you take more pride in you community then when you rent. In York and Lancaster poverty is high and home ownership is low. This equals war zones. As for "Heroine High" more white teens are on heroine then black. Also a couple of months ago when they arrested people for dealing heroine in the Hanover area. I don't remember seeing one black face. All white but one. He was latino. So west manhiem sucks. Hey "KDS" your right about most of what you say. I hope the GOP stands its ground. Higher taxes to fund a shopping spree is insane. But saying that state workers are over paid. With only a HS diploma. They make $30k if that. If you consider that overpaid, then your still trapped in the 50's. State employees are not gettin paid to do nothing. There gettin a third of what they make. Try making your rent on a third of your check. "John doe" i bet your on welfare. "liz" your right. Lets educate the unemployed. But to say take away education and were a 3rd world country, you must not no anyone that grew up in a third world country. Because if you did these people are no dumbies. I've encountered a lot of them and to say someone that knows multiple languages is dumb is a bit ridicules. Im not just talking 2 languages try 7 of them.
