Business booms at I-35 exit in Williamson County

This is one of many projects that are happening in the Georgetown/William son County area. If you haven't driven down Williams Drive lately, you may not recognize what used to be a small town. Drive out to Sun City Texas, stop at the New Home Sales Center, any day, any time, and you will find 2-5 cars, some with out of state tags, with folks who are thinking about moving to Sun City Texas. There are currently 35 pending transactions of existing resale homes. There were over 225 sales in the past 12 months of resale homes, and currently Sun City Texas will sell between 25-40 new homes per month. Not much of a resession here in Georgetown Texas.
