BuckeyeXtra - Poll | Buckeye Back Talk: What's your predi...

Doesn't have much knowledge of college football obviously. He tries to speak in code "three nickels"...wh y not just 15 points. You can't score in fives, so where does the three nickels comment come from? Anyone on a Buckeye blog labeled BuckeyeHater is jealous or he wouldn't be here.  (Oct 17, 2009 | post #64)

BuckeyeXtra - Poll | Buckeye Back Talk: Who's better ... ...

I agree with you in spirit, but that would mean they would win 19.2 games...how can that happen? You should have said 95% and that would mean they win 19, a round number.  (Oct 17, 2009 | post #117)

Wow, I can only imagine the amount of time it took for you to look all that up...way too much time on your hands my friend.  (Oct 16, 2009 | post #42)

BuckeyeXtra - Poll | Buckeye Back Talk: Who's better ... ...

Generally the team ranked #3 is favored when they play a team that is 5 spots lower regardless of where the game is played. That is what rankings and betting lines are for.  (Oct 16, 2009 | post #111)

BuckeyeXtra - OSU football: Pryor's first goal is winning...

See, this is where it is a lose-lose situation. You must be a pretty decent person, because you believe in instilling values. But the majority of Columbus would be all over him if he didn't re-instate his big name players before big games because they will say he has learned his lesson and we need to win. The difference between Tressel and most other college programs, is he doesn't have as many bad eggs as the others, and he believes people can change. I see your view, trust me, but everyone in C-Bus wants a perfect season and a national championship every year. If he would have started his first 5 years at .500, people would be happy with the performances over the past few years, because they wouldn't expect so much. That isn't the case.  (Oct 16, 2009 | post #82)

BuckeyeXtra - Poll | Buckeye Back Talk: Who's better ... ...

USC was favored by 7 points numbnuts...a lot of people lost money on that game, that is why we don't see the USC trash talkers on these blogs any more, they all talked about a blowout and the only thing that got blown out was their wallets. Of course you wouldn't know that living in Kentucky, you were probably having a passionate night with your sister.  (Oct 15, 2009 | post #89)

Pryor feels offense is ready to roll | The Columbus Dispatch

These next three games are the best things that could happen to us. We finally have a few games that will let our offense gel, and I hope they come out at the end of the season and change your minds. We had Navy, then had a great USC defense. Played Toledo and Ill, then had a very good veteran Indiana defense, followed by a strong Wisconsin defense. Now we will be able to see these guys get their timing down and come together. Should bode well for the rest of our tough schedule at the end of the season!  (Oct 15, 2009 | post #33)

Sad to see Hineygate go, many good memories. But before I moved, I was starting to enjoy the VC more...close to the game and a great atmosphere.  (Oct 15, 2009 | post #49)

BuckeyeXtra - Poll | Buckeye Back Talk: Who's better ... ...

This is pointless...doesn't matter who is better because they won't play. More importantly, UC is facing a tough enough challenge tonight at USF against an undefeated team with nothing to lose and a lot of heart. If OSU played UC, they would be in a similair situation to USF tonight.  (Oct 15, 2009 | post #72)

BuckeyeXtra - OSU football: Pryor's first goal is winning...

Every major program has problems with athletes bringing their past into their college life. Without them, the great athletes we watch wouldn't be as exciting, because a lot of them come from rough backgrounds and have had a life full of drugs and weapons. If you think OSU is the only school with a very small percentage of problems like this compared to others, take a look at our NFL athletes. They get through college from all the major schools, get paid better than 95% of the people in our country, and continue to live their past lives. It's part of running a major college program, you are going to have you bad weeds (no pun intended).  (Oct 15, 2009 | post #76)

BuckeyeXtra - Poll: What grade do you give the Buckeyes?

If you won't wear a Buckeye hat or jacket out you are a mama's boy. I live about an hour and a half from Gainesville campus and wear my Buckeye hats every day (not to mention t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, and whatever else I can show my Buckeye pride with) and have never had problems. Maybe it is because you are a pushover...been here over 4 years and have never had a problem.  (Oct 15, 2009 | post #314)
