Judge it!
One may question the validity of the way any survey is conducted, that is legitimate.
However, it is simply unfair and unprofessional to question the choice made by the majority of people participating in a survey. That is tantamount with disagreeing with how elections are conducted in this country each time one's choice fails to be elected.
I am sure we can find at least as many massage therapists who feel that Massage Envy does deserve this award as we can find LMBTs to disagree with the decision.
Therefore, I feel Massage Envy should receive the award as voted on by the majority of people.

Massage therapists question Massage Envy award while Phoenix Magazine says it was the readers choice
Massage therapists through out the United States have commented on a press release dated November 3, 2009 stating that Massage Envy has been voted the "Best Massage" and "Best Day Spa" in Phoenix, by Phoenix Magazine readers.
