David is one of the most talented people I know! If you haven't read his books you should. Actually you should buy all of them at once to save yourself a trip. The Ghost Tours in Old Louisville are even more enjoyable after you have read the books.

I have had the pleasure of eating several of the dishes in his cookbook and everything David makes is awesome! It amazes me how he makes it look so effortless.:)

I've gone on the tours David gives, and they're great. Better than ones I've done in Savannah and New Orleans, by far. David needs to be commended for the great things he has done for Louisville and Old Louisville in particular.

David Domine is doing great things for his native Louisville, and for the entire state of Kentucky. You read his books, and he paints a picture of a genteel state with great history and wonderful culture. He makes Louisville out to be a cultural mecca with great restaurants, vibrant arts and friendly people who live in beautiful neighborhoods. Some of those neighborhoods happen to be haunted. In his books about Old Louisville, the most beautiful historic preservation district, he makes the past come alive and he makes you proud to be a Kentuckian. If you haven't read his books, you should. You should also visit the neighborhood where he lives and take one of his great tours.
