James R. Wratten, owner of Wratten's RV Sales in Adams, decided last fall to give Canadians a break on purchases of motor home parts by accepting the loonie at par with the U.S. dollar. In effect, Mr. Wratten has given Canadian customers a discount by accepting the Canadian dollar - which has fallen sharply in value - as if it were equal to the U.S. dollar. Comment?
