Over the last several years a number of restaurants have tried to occupy the outsized space next to the Clocktower Inn on Santa Clara Street in lower Ventura. It is a large and unusual location: a long, wide bar area with a vast open patio space and also an adjacent rectangular more "formal" dining area. Comment?
