A 17-story downtown Orlando office tower and a fully-leased, single tenant building in Central Florida Research Park both traded hands for a combined $94.5 million in the last few weeks. Raleigh, N.C.-based Highwoods Properties Inc. bought the 253,941-square-foot Lincoln Plaza for $68.3 million, or $268.96 per square foot, from 300 South Orange LLC, an entity related to Munich, Germany-based investment firm GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH.
