Lifelong San Clemente resident Fred Divel has at times felt like a lone voice in the forest, trying to rally support to revive the town's 78-year-old Miramar Theatre. Thanks to a rallying cry on Facebook by Phil "Boo" Stubbs, a musician who also grew up in San Clemente watching movies at the Miramar, numerous local musicians are uniting in support of the cause and OC Tavern is hosting a Friday night party dubbed "Operation Miramar ... a night of entertainment to benefit our ailing historic theatre."
