The two westbound lanes with one lane of traffic in either direction opened at noon. The reopened lanes will allow crews from Granite Construction to continue their work to replace the washed-out Tex Wash Bridge along the eastbound 10. Industry analysts say the five-day closure about 40 miles west of Blythe, which began Sunday after a massive storm dropped several inches of rain in the area in only a few hours, has cost the trucking industry millions. REDLANDS >> Jimmy John's, a sandwich shop chain that delivers, will open in San Bernardino July 21 at 10:30 a.m. by Costco at Tippecanoe Avenue and Harriman Place, a representative announced by phone Monday. All of the produce will be purchased from Washington Produce in Redlands, which will be getting a store to call its own in the near future, said Angie Eichmeier, director of marketing for MieBeach Holdings LLD, who owns the franchise.
