An $85 million baseball stadium that James Skeffington and his group want the TAXPAYERS to pay $120 million for, not to mention asking the financially strapped city of Providence to waive property taxes on for the next 30 years. The state has a great I-195 plan in place. Comment?

Pawtucket's Hasbro Inc. has been ranked number two overall on the list of Corporate Responsibility Magazine's 100 Best Corporate Citizens of 2015. Hasbro comes in behind only Microsoft Corporation who was ranked number one overall and in front of Johnson & Johnson who received number three overall. Comment?

Shares of Hasbro, Inc. jumped more than 7 percent in pre-market trading after the company reported stronger-than-expected earnings for the first quarter. The Pawtucket, Rhode Island-based company posted quarterly net income of $26.7 million, or $0.21 per share, compared to $32.1 million, or $0.24 per share, in the year-ago period. Comment?

The toymaker, weighed down by the strong U.S. currency and battling a shift toward video games and other non-traditional toys, topped Wall Street expectations and shares jumped almost 8 percent before the opening bell Monday. Hasbro reported a 17 percent drop in profit to $26.7 million, or 21 cents per share, compared with $32.1 million, or 24 cents a share, a year earlier. Comment?
