The former Cheaters Gentlemen's Club property near the Interstate 95/U.S. 1 interchange may be transformed into a Dollar General store. Daphne, Alabama-based Hix Snedeker Companies paid $595,000 for the 1.6-acre property at 1545 N. U.S. Highway 1. The transaction closed May 18.
