    The priciest Jericho home sold in March was a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on an 8,540-square-foot lot at 10 Madison Place that was sold to a buyer from China for the full asking price of $1.328 million in cash. It was listed by Marie Salerno and Jean Pettigrew of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Yun Li of Homes by Mara.
