The borough government on Tuesday evening will dedicate its newest municipal park, a pastoral tract acquired in a 2015 tax deal with pharmacy benefits-management giant Express Scripts Holding Company. James Longo of Franklin Lakes, who shared his love of nature and local history by leading hikes to the Franklin Clove, site of a 17th-century Native American winter encampment, died Friday at The Valley Hospital, two days before his 82nd birthday.
