Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV is raising the sticker price on some of its best-selling vehicles--Ram and Jeep--and boosting wholesale prices on those and other brands, aiming to narrow a profit-margin gap with its Detroit rivals. The Italian-American auto maker is under pressure to boost its profitability in North America, where its operating margins have plateaued at about 4% of revenue, roughly half the level of rivals General Motors Co. Comment?

Six Pennsylvania lawmakers have sent a letter to the state's Attorney General's office requesting a criminal investigation of racetrack owner Penn National Gaming Inc. in regard to its application and pursuit of a gaming license at a planned harness track in Mahoning Township, Pa. The call for a criminal investigation follows a civil suit in which PNGI is accused of seeking control of the Lawrence Downs gaming license in order to derail the project. Comment?

Six Pennsylvania lawmakers are asking the state attorney general to investigate allegations that Penn National withdrew from a casino and horse racetrack project in Lawrence County to block it from competing with a casino the company owns in Austintown. A letter to State Attorney General Kathleen Kane is signed by State Representative Chris Sainato and State Senator Elder Vogel who both represent Mahoning Township, which is the site of the proposed project. Comment?
