    On Wednesday, National Signing Day, head coach Doug Martin announced the addition of 15 student-athletes for the 2016 football season. The 2016 recruits signed their National Letters of Intent to join the Aggies along with the seven midyear signees from December.

    The A.C. Jones wrestling team doesn't get to wrestle in front of a home crowd often, so the Trojans took full advantage of it on Jan. 21. Beeville ran through Uvalde, Victoria East and Victoria West in a quadrangular, going 3-0 against their district foes just two weeks prior to the district tournament. "I think we came out good with having a young, inexperienced team," said Trojan coach Terry Foster about the night.

Matthew Wilkins has won 16 medals at the district swimming meet, won a gold medal at the regional meet, and swam at the state meet.
