    The 2014-15 wrestling season will come to a rousing finish this weekend at the NJSIAA Championships, where 336 wrestlers will compete, 112 will win state medal and a select group of 14 will ascend to the top of the podium as a state champion. Here is a look at what you need to know about one of the biggest events on the high school sports calendar: When and where is the tournament? : The tournament will run from Friday night, March 6, to late Sunday afternoon, March 8, at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

    Izzy Mendez and Erin Nicholson hit three 3-pointers apiece, but the Montclair Kimberley Academy girls basketball team was eliminated from the New Jersey Prep B tournament Sunday afternoon with a 49-27 loss at Morristown-Beard. Mendez and Nicholson both scored 10 points each for the Cougars , who had a four-game winning streak snapped.

    Millburn High School boys swim team falls in section...

    Morristown High School, for the second time this season, got the better of Millburn High School in boys swimming action. The top-seeded Colonials downed the fifth-seeded Millers 99-71 Feb. 10 in the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association North Jersey, Section 2, Group B Tournament semifinals at Morristown High School.

    Montclair Kimberley Academy senior Josh Chery fights through two defenders for a loose ball during the Cougars' 73-62 loss to Morristown-Beard in the New Jersey Prep B semifinals Sunday in Morristown. Chery had a game-high 26 points for the Cougars.

    A year ago the Morristown girls' basketball team finished 5-17 and it was a season to forget. However, the team has jumped off to a 9-3 record this year and is in second in the Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference, National Division.
