    With District 24-6A play looming in the near future, Clear Lake and Clear Creek weren't about to unveil any secrets when they met Saturday in the third-place game of the Carlisle-Krueger Classic basketball tournament. Although the district rivals are certainly well-versed on each other, anything that can be hidden until their first meeting Dec. 21 will probably remain secluded.

    Bay Area Christian continued its sizzling roll with a 48-7 with over Schertz John Paul II in the TAPPS bi-district football game Friday night at the Bronco field. The Eagles, who won for the eighth consecutive time, next take on Texas School for the Deaf at 5 p.m., Saturday in Sealy.
