    MUSKEGON, MI Muskegon Catholic Central 's football team has bounced back in a big way since its season-opening loss to Oakridge. The Crusaders rolled to a 51-7 win against Spring Lake on Friday night and are in line for a top state ranking in Division 8. LaTommy Scott ran for two touchdowns and also returned a kickoff 70 yards for a touchdown and Christian Martinez ran for two TDs and passed for another to lead the Crusaders.

    The Fruitport football team scored 32 unanswered points, 26 in the second quarter, on its way to a convincing 32-8 Lakes Eight road win over Fremont on Friday. Quarterback Jarod Wierengo recorded 238 yards of total offense and five total touchdowns to lead the Trojans offense.
