I too have been in a similar situation on my job, after opposing the display of a whip and noose in my break area. No action was taken to correct the behavior and I was refused a transfer. The harrasment , intimedation, isolation, refusal of use of company tools, and finally a second noose and graffiti on my break table right where I sit everyday..... After all this the man was still not punished. I filled complaint w Eeoc. Maybe they can help you.
