Viasystems Announces Pricing of $220 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Viasystems, Inc. announced today that it has priced a private offering of its $220 million in aggregate principal amount of 12.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2015 at an issue price of 96.269% of principal amount.
