At least Risk Metrics came out and is not supporting all 4 Ackman board members plus Ackman. Last I heard, they are only supporting two spots for Ackman, two spots for Target and no 13th board member.

1 I'm also assuming that had Target continued to allow the Salvation Army to ring the bells at Christmas, Tybalt would have no objections to every other charitable organization from demanding equal opportunity to stand and solicit in front of the store. Personally, I prefer to donate in privacy and have a clear accessway in to/out of a store. |
