UT still investigating vandalism that caused Clement Hall pipe burst, power restored
The university said a significant amount of water spread from the seventh floor to the floors below, including closets with electrical equipment. University of Tennessee - The University of Tennessee's Housing Department is still investigating a vandalism incident that caused a pipe to burst, release a significant amount of water, and flood the 7th floor of Clement Hall over the weekend.
