30 East Tenn. volunteers on standby to deploy after Hurricane Florence makes landfall

As thousands of families are evacuating the Carolinas, volunteers from East Tennessee are preparing to answer the call for help. The American Red Cross in Knoxville said Tuesday they have 30 volunteers on standby ready to deploy at a moment's notice to the hardest hit areas once Hurricane Florence hits.
