Knoxville man accepts deal, gets 20 years in fatal DUI wreck

The Knoxville man who drunkenly crashed head-on into the car of a Strawberry Plains woman will spend the next two decades in prison. According to District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn’s office, Roy Wayne Killion, 32 pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and driving on a revoked license on Monday. It was part of a plea deal which comes with a 20 year prison sentence.

This guy should be locked up for the rest of his life, not 20 just 20 years! I hope that drink was worth killing this woman and destroying his life.

I would just like to say my heart goes out to this woman's family. Nothing can bring her back and I don't believe this is justice. His fifth offense? He hasn't learned anything. I'm sorry but his life should have been the one taken.
