Zimmerman should have never been following him in the first place spouting off his racists remarks like some mentally ill creep. If he was talking to his girlfriend on the phone, eating skittles and drinking a soda, what could have been so suspicious about that- was there no blacks in the development. Also a lot of the gated communities have a manned gate and you have to be let in by who you are going to visit or have a entry card?

Well Mr. Zimmerman has a $150K bond set so it looks like he's gonna be out shortly while he awaits trial.
A few interesting things came out at his bond hearing -

The hearing was also notable for the extensive grilling that O'Mara gave one of the investigators for the state attorney's office, Dale Gilbreath, who helped prepare the probable cause affidavit that was the basis for Zimmerman's arrest.

The affidavit says Zimmerman "confronted" Martin, after which a struggle ensued. In a likely preview of the defense strategy at trial, O'Mara questioned the use of the word "confronted."

"Do you know who started the fight?" he asked the investigator at one point.

"Do I know? No," Gilbreath said.

"Do you have any evidence that supports who may have started the fight?"

"No" Gilbreath said.

I thought you said you had vast knowledge of this case. By many of your responses you don't know any more information than anyone else unless you call speculation "PROOF".

And no it's not stalking, maybe in your law book but not in the legal statute of Florida. Zimmerman just like any other citizen is entitled to call 911, report what they believe to be suspicious activity. Zimmerman just wasn't good at following Martin and things went south quick. Poor judgement usually gets you into hot water.
