Since the economy collapsed, Social Security and Medicare are the primary resources for old people. There has not previously been a means test for Medicare or Social Security. The solution is NOT to cut benefits, but rather to tax all income for Social Security and Medicare instead of only income below 106,800 dollars. Ryan is wrong, and will be unelected in 2012.
