Paul Ryan is obviously one of the smartest guys in Congress. The liberals may bash him and make up lies about his budget, but if you listen to him with an open mind, you can see that he is a patriot and wants to get it right. He is try to save medicare. The one that is robbing medicare is Obama care. Ryan is definitely the one that will get this country going again.

I believe Ryan was born in Canada and kills babies for fun. That isn't a patriot in my book. Romney was born in Mexico and has 5 other wives on the side! They took our jobs!

That's the norm. There's no record to go on. Just talking points. Is that what your union does is spend you dues on?

Hes in the 2nd position, hardly a chance to move up front. In the mean time let the little twit have his say-so.

Looks like a lot of uninformed people. Problem most of them don't vote, just complain but don't really know what's going on.

Paul ryan is one of the smartest in congress? First of all do you realize you're referring to a congress that has historically low approval ratings so basically you're saying he is the best of the worst. Second of all he isn't, do you know how many bills he passed while in congress? 2, one was for the taxes on the sights on bows, the other was to rename a post office. That's your genius at work. How does obamacare (btw a former republican idea from the bob dole era) kill medicare? The truth is obama cut billions in medicare costs WITHOUT cutting benefits, and I thought mitt romney and the republican party liked effeciency, I thought they wanted goverment to run in that way that saved as much as possible seeing as how that would be the CONSERVATIVE thing to do. Btw, if republicans are so against obamacare why did they select a man to run who implemented the identical setup in massachusetts. Hypocrisy is prevalent throughout the party and its not even fair to classic republicans to even share the same title as the current obstructionist party

Are you really that uninformed? In the first place, there is a world of difference between the two programs that you obviously haven't heard. In the second place, how do you not cut benefits when you're taking over 700 billion from a program to run Obamacare? By the way, that Obamacare program that had to be signed before we could see what was in it, according to Nancy, was suppose to be less than 1 trillion is now over 2.3 trillion. Hmmm! Need to find out what is true. Talk to some seniors that are already being affected before you speak!

You're free to actually make a point that proves me wrong instead of asserting I'm wrong. You can cut costs without cutting benefits partly by making healthcare cheaper. I talk to seniors almost every day and I haven't had one yet tell me they want medicare to be a voucher program and they also don't want their social security (which btw is the most successful goverment program in the history of this country that hasn't resulted in one dime of debt for this country and can pay all benefits it owes for the next 2 decades) turned into a private industry. Are you kidding me? Once people actually read the provisions of obamacare its quite popular and the only reason republicans are fighting it is because it means obama is the first president to pass reform and they don't want obama to get credit for passing their ideas

He can have credit for the biggest tax increase in history with 21 new taxes. He can have credit for taking over 17% of the economy and the biggest gov't take over in history. Just so you know, social security could have really been successful if all of them would have locked it up so they couldn't use if for a slush fund. It's now full of IOU's. It could have had trillions of dollars and in no danger of ever going broke. Do you have a clue as to how many things are paid out of it? The Democrats have had, "fix social security" as part of their platform for more than 30 years. They're not going to ever fix anything important because they'd have to think of something else. They're also not going to tax the evil rich either because that's where they get all of their support, clue, Hollywood, and besides if they taxed all the millionaires it wouldn't make a dent in the debt that has been created in the last four years. Just to add this, our Vice President gave .01% of his income to charities last year and that's pretty consistent with his norm. Tell me he really cares about the poor! One more thing, anyone over 55 would not be affected by Ryan's plan and do you even understand what the so called voucher is? It would give the private sector a chance to compete instead of having to do what the gov't says!

Ryan is a Tea Party radical nut job. The only reason I'm not voting for Obama is Romney is much younger than McCain was.
